I took strict directions to knead the dough and let sit in room temperature for 1 hour, brush the top with egg wash, and bake for 35-40 minutes. I found a blog a while back that made holiday wreath bread and i love what they did with the dough. I decided to take a chance and cut the dough into a wreath. Low and behold it turned out wonderful...and delicious! Thanks Angry Asian!!
