Magical Nutella Goodness

I haven't baked in a while and thought it would be nice to bake something for KStead that included 3 of his favorite foods; Nutter Butter cookies, Nutella, and cheesecake. Behold...Nutella Cheesecake Bites!

Yields 24

8 Nutter Butter cookies, crushed
2/3 cup Nutella
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
16 oz cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line miniature muffin tins (tassie pans) with miniature paper liners.
In a zip lock bag, crush the Nutter Butter cookies and place 1/2 teaspoon of the crushed cookies into each paper cup.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. I used my Kitchen Aid for this but a hand mixer will do the same job.
Melt the Nutella in the microwave for a few seconds for better handling. Place 1/2 teaspoon into each paper cup.
Fill each miniature muffin liner with cream cheese mixture, to the top.
Bake for 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
