I took strict directions to knead the dough and let sit in room temperature for 1 hour, brush the top with egg wash, and bake for 35-40 minutes. I found a blog a while back that made holiday wreath bread and i love what they did with the dough. I decided to take a chance and cut the dough into a wreath. Low and behold it turned out wonderful...and delicious! Thanks Angry Asian!!

Challah Back Girl
The one and only Angry Asian from Angry Asian Creations made pumpkin challah dough and was kind enough to give me a quarter to take back and make at home myself. All I have to say is genius! I have never made bread dough before and quite frankly I don't have the patience for it. I love the fact that she gave me pre-made dough to take home and bake myself.
